- Condition of the Product: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged or refunded:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Perishable items, including organic farming supplies that may expire or deteriorate.
- Gift cards or items purchased with promotional discounts (unless stated otherwise).
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product received).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return to ensure it reaches us safely.
- We are not responsible for items lost during the return shipping process.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
